I am fond of jogging every morning.The first step out brings me joy immediately.The fresh air,together with the rare tranquility,makes my jogging journey all the more comfortable and pleasant.At daybreak,the glittering sunshine sprays upon me,making me feel warm.Along the way,many early risers say a friendly hello to me,which pleases me.Upon returning home,I am always filled with a placid feeling and growing energy.Just because of this,I enjoy jogging.
